I purchased this mic after hearing someone use it online as it sounded comparable to the Yeti. I cannot understand why the audio that I get out of this mic sounds so terrible. I am approximately two inches away from the mic, within the cardioid shape, and yet I sound quiet and probably worse than something that could come from my phone. I can raise my voice into the microphone and it's still not good enough. I've owned this mic for several months now but still cannot figure out how to get the right sound out of it.

If I turn up the sensitivity too high, then my audio starts to have cracks in it. Plus there's a TON of white noise.

I guess it's just a bad mic? What do you guys think?
